Providing a seamless deliverable from design concept through construction completion, our mission is two-fold: to enrich people's lives through beautiful design and functionality, and to help our clients achieve success.  Founded by Gil Garcia in 1975, we have won dozens of community and design awards over the past 45 years in business. Elisa Garcia took over the firm in 2007.  A licensed architect with over 25 years of experience, Elisa was trained at Gensler and CB Richard Ellis and has effectively helped clients such as Bank of America, Equity Office Properties, LBA Realty, and The Irvine Company achieve their business goals.  Elisa understands the financial requirements of a project and how to achieve the highest return for the capital investment while providing superior responsiveness and customer service.
